About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare.
- This role can be remote, or hybrid for those based in NY/Boston or able to relocate to our in-person office.
- You'll carry real ownership over our product, with the chance to shape our engineering org as it grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework
- Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up in a high-growth startup environment
- 5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company
- Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients
- Opinionated about leveling up your own engineering skills and the team around you
- We are optimistic as we build the future of care delivery from first principles.

Requirements
- Proficiency with our stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the space
