Responsibilities
- Provides effective training, mentoring and guidance to team members so as to build a strong and self-directed work team as well as simultaneously foster team morale.
- Strong relationships with our teammates help us unite, overcome challenges, and deliver the world-class quality we're known for.
- You'll apply advanced thinking, design expertise, and practical problem-solving to help equip military and allied forces with leading-edge systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate activities in a fast-paced production environment while balancing quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple functional teams.
- Proven ability to identify issues, solve problems, and drive results in support of production and program objectives.
Requirements
- Determines, plans, and ensures personnel receive appropriate training to effectively perform required tasks.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 + years of experience in an electronics production or manufacturing environment, preferably involving military electro-mechanical assemblies.
