  • We're seeking a Digital Editor to join Retail TouchPoints, an online publishing network for retail executives focused on optimizing the customer experience across all channels.
  • The Digital Editor will have a proven ability to attract, engage, and grow professional audiences through digital platforms, owned channels, social media, newsletters, podcasts, special reports, and other editorial products.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Copywriting Write and edit compelling digital special reports, articles, features, and newsletters across digital platforms Develop copy engineered for audience engagement, click-through, and revenue support Craft attention-grabbing headlines and social copy optimized for each platform Integrate AI writing tools to enhance productivity and content quality

Compensation
