About the role

The Assistant Coach Part-Time Cross Country is responsible for supporting the athletic and academic development of student-athletes while focusing on student-athlete welfare.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in coaching cross country at a competitive level.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with many internal and external entities in a variety of ways.
Must be able to communicate with coaches, student-athletes, athletics administration and prospective student-athletes and their families.
Must be fully knowledgeable and adhere to all rules and regulations of the NCAA, RMAC (as applicable) and Colorado School of Mines.
Successfully complete all required NCAA coach's curriculum and trainings.
Must be willing to work odd hours including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
