About the role
- Answers all incoming calls, relays emergency messages by announcing various alerts and warnings over the paging system, contacts personnel as necessary and directs them where they are needed, and reports any telephone problems.
- Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department or person.
- Places outgoing calls as requested by employees and management.
Nice to have
- Six months of experience as PBX operator or one year of experience with multi-line phones, preferred.
