About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to join our team during an exciting phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and other non-technical roles
- Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, inbound management, and creative outreach
- Drive a consistent, candidate-centered interview experience from first touch to offer close
- Partner cross-functionally with POps/ROps, Finance, and Biz Ops on headcount planning and onboarding readiness
Requirements
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a broad range of business functions (e.g.Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Track record of successfully hiring for non-technical roles at a fast-paced tech or infrastructure company
- Experience partnering closely with senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Proficiency with an ATS (Ashby, or similar) and ability to maintain clean data hygiene
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, data center operations, AI/ML, or developer-focused companies
- Exposure to early-stage or hypergrowth environments (Seed through Series D )
- Familiarity with comp benchmarking tools
- Experience supporting headcount planning and working within structured hiring processes
- Experience using AI tools to automate recruiting workflows

- $10k-$15k
