About the role
- We are looking for a versatile, experienced Senior Software Engineer to join Chartmetric's Engineering team.
- This is also an AI-first engineering role.
- We're looking for someone with strong technical judgment, broad engineering depth, and experience leading important projects from idea through production.
Responsibilities
- Lead significant technical projects from architecture and design through deployment and production support
- Build AI-powered product features and internal agents using RAG, prompts, tools, and evaluations
- Design scalable APIs, services, and data-intensive systems
- Build and own full-stack product features across React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Strong senior-level experience building and operating production software
- Strong system design, debugging, testing, and production engineering skills
- Experience building analytics or other data-intensive products
Requirements
- Strong ownership, product judgment, and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
- 6+ years experience
- Data Engineering experience with Python, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or Airflow
