About the role
- We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our customers-bringing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a builder's mindset to every engagement.
- This is a high-impact role for someone who can write production-quality code, communicate with both executives and engineers, and thrive in the field.
Responsibilities
- Integrate & Automate: Own integrations with platforms like Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce, and other ERPs
- write scripts, build automations, and develop custom solutions as needed.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless technical customer journey.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify and fix inefficiencies in our deployment workflows.
- Support Scale: Build technical documentation and internal tools to make customer deployment faster and easier.
- Take ownership and have a bias toward building and improving.
Nice to have
- Have 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, FDE).
- Are fluent in Python and skilled with modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise auth).
- Have experience working with sales teams in both pre- and post-sales contexts.
- Have worked in startups or high-growth environments.
- (Nice to Have) Experience with AI/ML-powered automation, fintech integrations, developer tools, cloud platforms, or containerization.
