About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive product direction for production readiness and operational tooling (observability, benchmarking, runbooks, diagnostics, upgrade safety).
- Own multi-region and multi-cloud topology capabilities for self-hosted environments, including performance and resilience tradeoffs.
- Partner with Resident Architects and self-hosted services teams to translate customer needs into roadmap, packaging, and repeatable deployment patterns.
- Own Temporal Proxy as an end-to-end product: roadmap, packaging, customer deployment experience, and operability.
- Experience driving alignment across stakeholders (Engineering, Security, Support, Field/Resident Architects, Solutions, Sales) and making durable decisions in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- Experience with benchmarking/performance testing and turning results into product improvements and guidance.
