  • Job Description The Senior Recruiter (Temporary) serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communications, offer negotiation, and offer support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize ATS, CRM platforms, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and sourcing tools to drive recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate engagement, while ensuring accurate data, and supporting recruiting analytics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, compliance documentation, and recruiting activity within recruiting systems.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to execute recruiting strategies, talent acquisition initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Effectively manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended recruiting environment.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted recruiting, sourcing automation, CRM technology, and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully virtual environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • For this role as Senior Recruiter, you should have:
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying current on recruiting trends, talent acquisition best practices, and emerging technologies. [
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, education technology, sales, customer success, or corporate functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with recruiting analytics, pipeline reporting, and workforce planning insights.

  • $60-$80 hourly
