Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-production workflow for all Advisory Practice testimonial footage and workshop (L1, L3) captures.
- Maintain a clean backlog of ready-to-publish assets so the AP marketing team always has creative assets to deploy.
- Edit to direct-response standards: hooks, pacing, emotional arc, and clear CTAs that drive program consideration.
- Maintain FTC-compliant disclaimer standards on all testimonial content per internal compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Advisory Practice marketing team on creative direction, ad testing priorities, and revision feedback.

Requirements
- Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at volume.
- Comfort operating inside structured project management systems (Monday.com http://Monday.com or similar).
Nice to have
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that includes direct-response or performance marketing content (ads, VSLs, testimonials strongly preferred).
- familiarity with After Effects a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
