About the role
- Footage library management, procurement and asset organization This includes clipping, logging and organizing video for all TNT Sports. (NCAA Football and Basketball, NHL, Roland Garros, US Soccer, NASCAR, MLB and boxing).
- This last bit is probably the most important!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and assist in all phases of creative production.
- Partner with CSSU producers to gather and identify the best and most relevant video to their project.
- Research and track down media assets to support our productions according to our legal guidelines.
- Build experience in post-production fundamentals: scripting, editing, sound design and visual effects.
- Discovery embraces the opportunity to build a workforce that reflects a wide array of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences.
Nice to have
- Must be based in Atlanta or willing to relocate
- Must be willing to work deadline-driven, event-tied hours that includes nights and weekends.
- BA in Communications, Journalism or TV/Film recommended.
- A passion for creative storytelling is required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere is required.
- In-depth sports knowledge is a plus
