About the role

  • We are looking to add a Security Officer to our growing Security Department.
  • As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe environment for our Riot Employees.
  • The scheduled shift for this role is 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Thursday-Monday.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, urgency, transparency, and personal appearance, including compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
  • Maintain current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or obtain certification upon hire if not already certified.
  • Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.

Requirements

  • Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots).
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have completed Level II or Level III security training and have a valid, unexpired Non-Commissioned Officer or Commissioned Officer certification.
  • Maintain weapons proficiency and self-defense readiness in accordance with organizational standards.

Nice to have

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, with guests, visitors, and employees
  • bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

  • Demonstrate strong surveillance and observation skills, including experience utilizing surveillance systems and monitoring tools.
