Responsibilities
- Project Actions: Lead projects. Mentors Project Coordinators.
- Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews.
- Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions, with the support of the Program Manager or PMO Leader.
- Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Together we are fulfilling our purpose to design and deliver energy control solutions our partners count on to power a clean future.

Skills
- Successful Candidates Typically Have:
- Bachelor's degree in program management or a technical field preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools, product life cycle, MRP II, and risk mitigation techniques.
Compensation
- $80,000(minimum) - $104,000(midpoint) - $128,000(maximum)
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
- Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%)
