Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing organization of 30+ data professionals (onshore, nearshore, offshore) across product management, product ownership, and engineering
  • drive career development, succession planning, and talent acquisition to scale the organization
  • Develop board-ready materials, executive dashboards, and strategic updates that translate complex t echnology data initiatives into clear business impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with analytics, data science, and senior leaders across all business functions
  • Lead portfolio-level prioritization across data product and engineering workstreams, balancing feature development, tech debt, modernization, compliance, and cost optimization
  • We are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data to lead and unify our Enterprise Data organization.
  • They will build a high-performing team culture while driving the prioritization and delivery of data capabilities that support both real-time operations and long-term strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • real estate, SFR, multifamily, finance, hospitality, or retail industry experience

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is: $177,825.00 - $308,230.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
