Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth project plans that include project timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. Identify any interdependencies between other projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals, vendors, and contractors. Work with these partners to ensure all services are rendered in a cost effective and responsive manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience managing projects
- Ability to travel and be on call as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
