About the role
- Job Description Our Centerfire Assembly department is looking for two Production Supervisor to provide Servant Leadership and management to ensure production goals are met or exceeded within budget constraints and maximum efficiency.
- Provide guidance and direction on personnel policies, while maintaining morale and welfare.
- May be final authority on questionable product quality.
Responsibilities
- Effectively focus and provide support in the areas of Safety, Quality, Demand, Employee, and Cost with an emphasis on quality and on time delivery to our customer.
- Co-worker support, guidance and reinforcement are readily available.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or associated field, or 3-5 years manufacturing management experience involving labor intensive fabrication/assembly or related operations.
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills and strong work ethic.
- Must have successfully completed the CCI/Speer Supervisor Training Program or be a current Supervisor
Skills
- Reading comprehension and basic math skills are a requirement.
Compensation
- $73,400.00 - $102,700.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
