About the role
- Operate our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients
- Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner
- Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams
- Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.
- Willing to learn continually to develop a deep understanding of our Wealth Platform
Requirements
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate our core values in all aspects of the position.

- Working towards or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution (Business/Finance/Information Systems Majors preferred)
