About the role

  • The Business Trainee position will be a cross functional training position to prepare a qualified candidate to have a career with BCI.
  • The responsibilities include, but are not limited to learning the technical, operational and commercial segments of our business over a 12-18-month training program.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
  • ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • A Team Player.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
