Job Description: About the Job Uniphore is seeking a highly strategic and action-oriented VP, Chief of Staff to join team in the Office of the CEO.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting Uniphore's growth and innovation.

Strategic Leadership: Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO, including business development initiatives, innovation strategies, and corporate development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Executive Support: Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and engagements, creating high-impact materials and ensuring effective follow-through on action items.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on company-wide initiatives and objectives.
Project Management: Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks to track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results.
Organizational Enablement: Identify and drive talent development opportunities across the organization, supporting succession planning and leadership development efforts.
Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visualize complex data.

Familiarity with strategic and operational planning in technology or SaaS environments, or equivalent management consulting experience.

BA with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar analytical roles
