In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
You'll join a dynamic manufacturing environment, learning foundational technical skills and contributing directly to the production of globally recognized branded products.

You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
Data Analysis & Value Creation: Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes.
Support & Develop: Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures.
Collaborate: Work with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
A strong desire to lead projects and guide teams that impact the production of globally recognized brands.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Proficiency or familiarity with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar).
