About the role
- US Operations Program is committed to the delivery of centralized programs and services to support safety and operational excellence.
- We are seeking an energetic individual to lead the implementation of critical processes to transform how we work across US Natural Gas(USNG).
- Reporting to the Manager - Training and Competency the Operations Programs Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs, processes and procedures across USNG including but not limited to Operational Risk Management and Management of Change.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of USNG operational risk management and management of change programs in alignment with enterprise processes and standards.
- Support development of organizational competencies in hazard identification, operational risk management and management of change.
- Lead process mapping to establish program requirements.
- Develop implementation deliverables, including budgets, schedules, resourcing strategies and implementation plans.
- Implement Programs through cross-functional collaboration to ensure integration across all stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and proactively manage risks through development and implementation of mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Implement program change management techniques to minimize change fatigue and support successful implementation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and optimization to enhance program delivery and value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Safety or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, safety, project management, operations or commercial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and be a champion for change
- Ability to translate process requirements to business outcomes
- Must be able to effectively present information to senior leaders and stakeholder teams
Nice to have
- Experience with pipeline management systems (API RP 1173)
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
