About the role

  • Perfect for a seasoned restaurant operations leader who is passionate about training and team development.
  • Recognizes the needs and challenges of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts in-restaurant training & leads regional workshops in partnership with the Operations team.
  • Partner with field HR and Operations leaders on Manager In Training (MIT) selection, onboarding, and training of new MITs. Provides feedback to lead operators on MIT progress and performance.
  • Maintains a roster of certified trainers in restaurants and supports bi-monthly meeting agendas with training teams.
  • Serves as the primary communicator between the restaurant support center and field operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both written and spoken words (emails, video calls, newsletters, conversations, and public speaking.)
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, managing multiple projects at different points in their life cycles.
  • Position is field-based, with up to 75% required travel
  • 3-5 years of above restaurant leadership experience in an Operations or Training capacity.

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of restaurant and/or hospitality industry Operations and Training experience preferred.
  • Preferred Requirements

Compensation

  • Semi-annual assessments of Certified Training Restaurants to validate continued excellence.
