Requirements
- ability to confront problems directly and bring them to effective resolution
- A proven recruiting professional with 4-5 years of recruiting experience in the contract staffing industry
- ability to sell the candidate on a job opportunity and sell the client on the candidate, and gain committment
Skills
- verbal, listening, written (clear, detailed notes are a must), enrollment and negotiation.
- Experience working with offshore teams is highly regarded
- 4 to 5 years of experience.
