Responsibilities
- As a full stack Growth Engineer, you'll work across the stack - React and TypeScript on the front end, Rails and Go services behind it - to build features that drive member growth at Chime.
- You'll collaborate closely with product, design, data science, marketing, and analytics to experiment rapidly, drive measurable outcomes, and scale impactful solutions.
- Build and ship growth-focused consumer features end to end - React and TypeScript interfaces, the services and APIs behind them, and the experiments that measure them
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mobile, product, design, data science, and marketing teams to identify member pain points and opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building scalable software in production environments
- Proven experience with both a modern front-end framework (React or comparable) and a server-side framework (Ruby on Rails, Go, or comparable)
