Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, tagged content, and community interactions across social media platforms to support audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
- Support creator, ambassador, and community engagement by resharing stories, engaging with tagged content, and recognizing standout community members.
- Reporting to the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES' ASSOCIATE MANAGER, the SOCIAL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE will support our collegiate team in the following areas and meet the job requirements below.
Requirements
- Experience with excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and current social trends.
