About the role
- The Associate works closely with Managers and Senior Managers to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, budgets are paced correctly, and reporting and financial documentation are maintained with precision.
- This role is execution-focused and foundational to delivering operational excellence across retail media programs.
Responsibilities
- Implement keyword, SKU, audience, and bid adjustments as directed by Managers.
- Maintain detailed optimization logs and documentation of all campaign changes.
- Maintain proof-of-performance documentation and support billing workflows within MediaOcean /Prisma.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in digital media, retail /commerce media, performance marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong interest in eCommerce, retail media networks, and performance driven marketing.
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Exposure to retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Kroger, etc ) is a plus.
- Experience with Pacvue, Skai, Criteo, or similar campaign management tools is a plus.
- Experience with MediaOcean /Prisma billing workflows is a plus.
