About the role

- This position requires solid trouble shooting skills, along with a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.
- Installs, adjusts, and repairs production equipment and special purpose machines, including equipment's electrical supply lines, piping and tubing, pneumatic controls and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities
- Installs, adjusts, maintains and repairs control components (i.e. photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, etc.).
- Inspects equipment for proper lubrication, tests performance, and performs general preventative maintenance duties.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Must actively participate as a member of the team and be willing to maintain high levels of productivity, occasionally sustaining longer working hours when necessary.
- Other Physical Requirements: All positions require the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Requirements
- Must have solid math and computation skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely with limited supervision.
- Regular attendance required.
- May be required to perform other duties, responsibilities and functions that are assigned.
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.
- Experience in operating a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Attention to detail and established procedures, along with being well organized.
- Top 3 required skills and preferred
- to complete Essential Functions: Solid knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.

- 1) Pneumatics and Hydraulics background 2) LOTO experience REQUIRED 3) Comfortable with low voltage applications
