About the role

Responsibilities
- On the agent side, you run a fleet to ship features, design the workflows they run in, make the architecture calls, and review their output.
- On the people side, you coach and manage a distributed team, and act as a sharp technical partner to the CTO.
- Partner with CTO on company level special projects across security, compliance, and cost management.
