About the role
- BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Coordinates the activities of the multi-disciplinary patient care team related to the provision of patient care.
- Reports benefit activities, communicates benefit stories, calculates event detail and enters information into Lyon Software (CBISA) program.
- Sudden emergency situations have the potential for exposure for lifting or moving of up to 100 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Maintains appropriate level of productivity/work output while flexing to focus on immediate priorities.
- Must demonstrate effective organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to maintain productivity with interruptions.

Requirements
- 6 months experience or training required
- Medium lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 pounds frequently and 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
- Frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching, and standing are required.
- Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
- Demonstrates proficiency with administrative, clerical and technical skills/knowledge.
- License/Certification Required: NAHUC Certification encouraged.
- Minimum Work Experience: 6 months experience or training required
- Must be able to interpret and document information accurately.
Skills
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively deal with a variety of individuals and hospital systems.
- Medical terminology preferred, computer skills required.
Compensation
- $20k-$50k
