Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
- Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.
- Change Requests & Infrastructure Support
- Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.
- Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.
- Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule.
- Actively explore emerging tools and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- To be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

- Understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- This is an onsite position at our State College, PA headquarters and candidates must be within commutable distance of State College, PA for consideration. Remote work is not an option for this position.
