About the role

Are you execution-oriented with attentive detail to driving platform enhancements and improvements across the technology?
If you answered yes to the above, then you might be the right person to be the TSE Technical Program Manager.

Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Drives execution with a sense of urgency and technical depth.

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment
In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively on many levels.

Outstanding verbal, written communication skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $169,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $290,000/year in our highest geographic market.
