About the role
- This role is responsible for coaching Team members, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring every area of the venue is staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.
- The guest experience always comes first.
- As a leader of a high-energy, guest-facing venue, this role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
Responsibilities
- Specific circumstances may allow or require some incumbents assigned to the job to perform a different combination of duties.
- Ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and functioning efficiently Coach and Develop the Team
- Drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability
- Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion Manage Operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures and manage assigned shifts
- Use business metrics and guest feedback to drive performance improvements
- Support ordering, inventory management, and facilities needs as assigned Uphold Standards and Culture
