About the role
- The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10 -12 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
- Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment while meeting or exceeding SCLS corporate safety goals
- Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate, and motivate others to accomplish goals
Requirements
- Tech-savvy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS/OMS
- A high school diploma is required
