  • Those within a commutable distance would work a hybrid schedule when not traveling within their territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manage a business plan to enhance sales in assigned territory.
  • Develops Advanced Strategies presentations, marketing materials, and white papers.
  • Responds to, follows up on, and makes outbound calls to support sales.
  • Conducts research and stay abreast of industry and regulatory changes to support consulting activities and the development of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Advanced degree or certification, including JD, LLM, CFP, MBA, CPA, CIMA, CAIA or CFA required.
  • 8+ years experience in financial services sales or consultation required.
  • FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required.
  • Applicants without the required registration(s) will have 90 days to obtain the required registration(s), but will be limited in job function until complete registration(s) is obtained.

  • Base Pay:
  • $150,000.00 - $171,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program and may be eligible to participate in our long-term incentives program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.

Compensation

  • $150,000.00 - $171,000.00.
  • The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program and may be eligible to participate in our long-term incentives program.
