- We seek an Account Manager to not only lead day-to-day management and strategic growth of one of Mastercard's largest and most complex global financial institution partnerships, including cobranded portfolios with leading consumer brands, but also a collection of leading retail brands.
- Own and lead Mastercard's relationship with assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership on portfolio growth, economics, and long-term strategy
- Identify, shape, and execute strategic initiatives that drive measurable growth in spend, acquisition, and engagement across cobranded portfolios
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Experience with cobranded card programs, loyalty ecosystems, or large-scale FI partnerships preferred
Compensation
- In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions dependi
