About the role

- This role's base salary range is between $70,000 and $75,000.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with community team to support all ambassador inclusive initiatives both internally and externally
- Support digital and in person event planning for ambassador community
- Help maintain up to date information and details on our awesome humans
- Support threads for threads charitable giving efforts, communicating with partners and charitable organizations
- Opportunity to assist with digital design and content creation needs
- Self-driven, positive and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Aspiration to create change and make an immediate impact
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Experience with reporting on influencer marketing campaigns and related efforts

- Interest in influencer marketing and relationship management
- Self starter, articulate written & verbal communication skills, social, adaptable
- Understanding of Excel, Shopify, CreatorIQ and other social reporting tools a plus
Compensation
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package.
- This role's base salary range is between $70,000 and $75,000.
- Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
