Responsibilities
- Documents and evaluates changes in condition and notifies Executive Director, resident physician and resident's legally responsible party of resident's condition.
- Participates in or leads meetings relevant to resident care issues including care plan meetings with appropriate parties as needed.
- Engages in departmental recruitment activities to maintain adequate staffing levels in the community.
Requirements
- Ensures that all required documentation is completed prior to resident admission including nursing assessments, care plans and other associated forms.
Compensation
- Shift TBD Compensation Starting at $77,900/annually What you'll do Responsible for the direct supervision of community-based non-certified clinical care staff.

- In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical services of Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, to ensure resident healthcare needs are met.
- Provides training and education to care staff on an ongoing basis with classroom in-services and situation specific training.
- Manages the healthcare of residents, including the delivery of pertinent care information to families and staff.
- Provide oversight for community's medication management program to ensure resident health and safety needs are met while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
- Coordinates with 3rd party providers to ensure continuity of care for residents receiving outside services such as hospice or home health.
