Responsibilities
- Vericast is the financial institution (FI) performance partner.
- We help banks and credit unions drive growth, improve efficiency, increase engagement and navigate change through the power of data, technology and people.
- This role partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to gather, document, and refine product requirements, ensuring solutions align to business objectives and user needs.
- This individual leads discovery efforts by interviewing stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into structured epics, features, and user stories.
- The Sr Product Owner owns the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for delivery teams.
- This role includes light project coordination responsibilities to support delivery execution, working in partnership with Project Management resources to track progress, surface risks, and ensure alignment to timelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business needs

- Own and maintain a structured product backlog
- Build knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic channels
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in product ownership or digital product roles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Skills
- Strong requirements documentation discipline
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
- Ability to write clear, testable user stories
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Understanding of digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)
Compensation
- $130,000-$150,000 annually
- Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
