Responsibilities

  • Vericast is the financial institution (FI) performance partner.
  • We help banks and credit unions drive growth, improve efficiency, increase engagement and navigate change through the power of data, technology and people.
  • This role partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to gather, document, and refine product requirements, ensuring solutions align to business objectives and user needs.
  • This individual leads discovery efforts by interviewing stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into structured epics, features, and user stories.
  • The Sr Product Owner owns the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for delivery teams.
  • This role includes light project coordination responsibilities to support delivery execution, working in partnership with Project Management resources to track progress, surface risks, and ensure alignment to timelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business needs

  • Own and maintain a structured product backlog
  • Build knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic channels

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in product ownership or digital product roles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Skills

  • Strong requirements documentation discipline
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
  • Ability to write clear, testable user stories
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Understanding of digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)

Compensation

  • $130,000-$150,000 annually
  • Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
