- You don’t need to have worked in all of these, but you need to have navigated programs where multiple systems had to move together.
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience driving delivery of business value through technology solutions, with meaningful experience on complex, multi-system programs.
- ERP is their #1 system experience preference Strong technical aptitude.
- Experience with change management for enterprise tools and processes - including user onboarding, training, workflow transition planning, and driving adoption across distributed business teams.
- Experience working with business operations users (not just end consumers) and translating their workflows into scalable product solutions.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across business, technology, and executive audiences.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or more in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
