O VERVIEW Marathon Petroleum Company's Illinois Refining Division in Robinson, IL is seeking a n Inspector.

Accepted Good Engineering Practice (RAGAGEP) codes and specifications. Develops, revises, and maintains comprehensive inspection procedures, applicable guidelines, and work instructions.
Understands critical process variables that affect equipment reliability, identifies gaps, and leads gap closure effort.
May lead and drive continuous improvement in inspection-related programs as assigned.
The Inspecto r will report to the Area Inspection Manager and will develop and execute inspection plans/life cycle management for refining equipment based on service, design, condition, jurisdi ctional requirements and more.
Develops and executes inspection plans/life cycle management for refining equipment based on service, design, condition, jurisdictional requirements, temporary repairs and equipment replacements, Turnaround (TAR) dates, and inspection history.

Additional hours as required for turnarounds, outages, off shift technical support and projects.

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
