About the role

  • In this position, you shift from primarily production-focused work to applying judgment, managing defined scope, and ensuring your work aligns with TEECOM's standards and documentation practices.
  • Internally, you'll contribute discipline scope input for pursuits, prepare early fee assumptions, and assist with proposal coordination.
  • This position reflects growing capability, emerging leadership behaviors, and increased accountability for delivering disciplined, well-documented, and coordinated work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide informal, day-to-day support to Designers and early-career team members by clarifying markups, answering basic discipline questions, and reinforcing documentation expectations.
  • Continue to grow through guidance from your Mentor, senior engineers, and Discipline Leads.
  • When access limitations exist, TEECOM will support coordinating reasonable accommodations with site-controlling contractor or alternative means to perform essential job functions.
  • Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads.
  • Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles; ability to perform calculations, conduct product research, and contribute to design development with limited guidance.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.

Nice to have

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field
  • or equivalent technical or field experience.
  • RCDD (Telecom) - plus
