Files H-1B any time — no cap, no lottery. The 2026 weighted-selection rule doesn't touch it, which makes this the strongest structural path for entry-level talent. Pay is often lower, but your odds of staying are dramatically higher.

$8,200 more — $68,200 — moves this role to Level IV and 4 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.
Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $68,200 would place this position at wage Level IV. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Health Specialties Teachers, Postsecondary" for prevailing-wage purposes.
