Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Workday configuration, business processes, security, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
  • Support the design, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations and third-party interfaces.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have strong Workday expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience supporting a global workforce.
  • What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including at least 3 years supporting Workday.
  • Experience with Workday security administration.
  • Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or other integration technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a multinational or global organization is preferred.

Compensation

  • Compensation The rate for this position generally is $105,000 - $130,000 annually.
