Responsibilities
- As a Veterinary Assistant on our Surgery & Anesthesia team, you will work closely with veterinarians and technicians to support surgical procedures and ensure exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative process.
- Providing compassionate nursing support and patient care
- Commitment to building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients

Requirements
- Enjoy work-life balance with a consistent weekday schedule - no weekends required!
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. All current positions require the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required.
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred
- Interest in surgery and anesthesia patient care
- Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within veterinary medicine
Skills
- Perform medical math calculations
- Assist with anesthesia monitoring
- Administer medications
- Place IV catheters and obtain blood samples
- Provide advanced nursing care to surgical patients
