Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Receive fuel requests via email or phone and confirm details with clients.
  • The dispatch function is the backbone of our business model-fuel sales drive our success. You'll be on the front lines, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.
  • Must be located on the East Coast (Preference of being located in/around Tampa, FL)

Nice to have

  • Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion.
  • 1-6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or communication roles preferred.
