About the role

  • Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of Christ Covenant's church-shaped missions vision.
  • Reach the World Conference Work with the Global Missions Director and Pastor of Missions to plan the conference schedule and content.
  • Communicate with internal Christ Covenant teams to execute conference vision, content, and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all trip travel logistics, process member applications, and support trip leaders.
  • Manage all trip income and expenses.
  • Organize and manage all partner/speaker travel, accommodations, and schedules.
  • Mobilization and Partner Care Support Partner Care Teams by reserving meeting space, processing new members, and staying up to date on prayer needs, and work with the Global Missions Director to train team leaders.

Nice to have

  • Also preferred is experience serving in a local church or ministry setting.

Skills

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
