Responsibilities
- Serve as Hadrian's recognized authority on People compliance - providing expert guidance and operating as an internal consultant to People leadership, business leaders, Legal, and cross-functional partners across the organization.

- Own specialized regulatory compliance for People, including ITAR programs, California employment law, and Cal/OSHA manufacturing obligations - partnering with Legal, EHS, Infosec, and the business to keep all programs current and audit-ready.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable business solutions - building training programs, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms that create a culture of compliance accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to build compliance programs and governance structures from scratch.
- Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper.
- Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR compliance experience, with meaningful time inside a federal contractor or defense/aerospace environment.

- Experience preparing for or responding to a DCSA, OFCCP, or California DLSE audit.
- Familiarity with CMMC workforce documentation requirements.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with Cal/OSHA obligations.
Compensation
- For this role, the target salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
- This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
- An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
