About the role

  • Reporting to the Road Service Foreman, the Road Service Technician, will be responsible for servicing various clients.
  • This person will be the main contact in the area for repairs and maintenance of their Merlo telescopic equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently plan and manage repairs and scheduled maintenance.
  • Complete the various service documents clearly within the prescribed time.
  • Order parts needed to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Employ diagnostic methodologies to determine repairs required over the telephone and on site.
