Responsibilities
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience
- Strong product design, visualization, and storytelling skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Experience in accessories, equipment, footwear, or related consumer product categories
- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to translate athlete and consumer insights into meaningful product solutions
- Ability to manage projects with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining project momentum
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools
- Experience creating digital and physical prototypes
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping methods, including 3D printing and model making
- Experience leveraging digital tools to accelerate concept development and communication
